UnopposedStart Time: 09:30 am Coloured Gates Practice DescriptionPractice Description 3 players dribble or turn through a number (challenge dependent) of the coloured gates and then pass to one of the players waiting on the outside and then take their space in the 'waiting gate'. The player receiving the ball then dribbles or turns through a number of the coloured gates in the middle. For more advanced players you can also add some closed gates (pushing the cones together) where the players will have to perform a beat the player skill and dribble past as opposed to dribbling through. Also keep some normal gates that the players should dribble through. Vary the dribbling techniques and beat a player skills.
