-The red player crosses the ball for the red player to score.
-At the same time the orange player releases a lofted ball for the orange
player to score having two touch.
-As soon as both balls are finished the coach releases the third ball to the
player who had the best attempt at goal to create a 1v1.

-There are three balls at a time.
1st Ball - The orange player on the red cone enters the game and attacks
the goal 1v0.
2nd Ball - As soon as the ball becomes dead the orange player on the blue
cone releases a pass to the orange player who just played 1v0. They must
set it back. One red defender enters the game creating a 2v1.
3rd Ball - Same as before however the ball is played in from the orange
player on the orange cone to create a 3v2.
-As soon as all three balls are finished start the process again

-The coach then releases a ball to the red team. Whoever receives the ball
must player across to their team mate so they can both enter the game.
-The oranges enter the game as soon as the coach releases the second ball.

-The red player passes to his team mate for the game to start. This creates a
1v1 between orange and red already on the pitch.
-As soon as that ball becomes dead two more oranges and reds enter the
pitch to create a 3v3.
-The coach releases a pass to either of the new orange players.
-Once the ball is dead start with the 1v1 leading to the 3v3.
-Reds shoot up and orange shoot down.

-Once that ball is dead the defender drops out, the attacker becomes the

-1v1 on the outer areas.
-2v2 in the central area.
-Players start in the wide area 1v1. A player attacks and then defends.
However if they score they move on and the defender stays.
-After the 1v1 players move to the 2v2. Same process in terms of they
attack and then defend unless they score.
-After the 2v2 one player joins the left 1v1 and the other the right 1v1.
-The process continues

-The first red and orange player dribble the ball out 5 yards and stop it to
enter the game. They then run to the other ball to defend immediately
because the second orange and red player pick up the ball that was
stopped and start attacking.

3 teams of 4 or more. 1 team are defenders (NOT GOALKEEPERS) they can not go in to the goal area, they rotate after every go. The two attacking teams keep going round in a circuit doing 1v1's trying to score. Attackers must be inside the area to score. Once the attackers have had their go they go around thee back of the goal and join the other line. Have a practice round where each team defends for 1 min and then make it into a competition.

If you have less than 9 players then make it 2 teams, choose 2 defenders (1 from each team) and rotate the defenders every couple of minutes

-The coach releases three balls.
1st Ball - This ball goes out wide. The wide player must try to produce a
cross for the strikers 1v1.
2nd Ball - This goes out to the other side. The wide player must try to
produce a cross front strikers 1v1.
3rd Ball - This ball is played into the strikers which creates a 4v4 where all
players become live.
—If the defenders regain possession they can hit either of the goals or find
the coach.
