This scale assesses your delivery and execution in the five key areas:

Score	Rating	Description
4	Excellent (Mastery)	Delivery is outstanding and intuitive. The coach operates proactively and consistently creates a high-level learning environment.
3	Good (Proficient)	Delivery is strong and competent most of the time. Only minor, specific refinements are suggested.
2	Needs Improvement (Developing)	Delivery is inconsistent and requires attention. Targeted corrective action and specific practice are required.
1	Unsatisfactory (Beginning)	Delivery is severely lacking and negatively impacts player learning. Immediate intervention is necessary.
